Our Team
Dr. JUSTIN HAM, DPT
Meet Dr. Justin Ham, a highly skilled Doctor of Physical Therapy and Osteopractor specializing in sports and orthopedic rehabilitation. Currently engaged in an orthopedic fellowship with the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his practice, with a focus on preventative care.
Originally from South Korea and raised in Vancouver, Canada, Dr. Ham has a background in collegiate-level basketball and soccer. He offers personalized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices, catering to a diverse clientele from young athletes to active seniors. Now serving the Northern Virginia area, Dr. Ham is committed to helping his clients achieve their goals both on and off the course through excellence in rehabilitation.

Dr. SANDHYA ABRAHAM, DPT
Dr. Abraham is a dedicated physical therapist specializing in wellness and injury prevention. She earned her undergraduate degree in Wellness Management in Alberta, Canada before pursuing her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Andrews University in Michigan. Committed to expanding her expertise, she obtained a dry needling certificate from the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy.
Dr. Abraham is deeply invested in evidence-based practices to promote the well-being of her diverse clientele, spanning all age groups and backgrounds. She has a background in general orthopedics, neurological rehab, acute and sub-acute care, pediatrics, geriatrics, and aquatic therapy. Outside of her professional endeavors, she enjoys practicing her violin, trying out new restaurants, pilates, and enjoying quality time with her husband and their beloved miniature dachshund.
